Thank you all for coming. Our meeting started at
2:45 pm and lasted until 3:30 pm. We approved out
budget from 2008/09 and proposed our new budget
for 2009/10. It was also approved. Following that we
went over changes in the Bylaws. The two items of
change were 1) Go from 3 Crew Leaders to 5 Crew
Leader. This was put to the floor and voted down.
2) Making it possible to serve for 3 continuous years
instead of 2 years before you have to take a year off.
This was passed. We talked about chairs needed for
our different committees and how to communicate
this to the parents. We will send out our newsletter
next week with the committees we need chaired. We
then closed the meeting with oatmeal raisin cookies
and signing up for committees. Thanks again for all
the support we had today!
